i agree and disagree:although true, for maximum results you must put out maximum effort, the essence of gracie jiu jitsu is to get as much efficiency as you can through movement so i don't think it is as hard as sprinting for five minutes.it is tiring as hell though, i'm hoping to roll with renzo in november, at least meet him

Renzo É foda...tive oportunidade de presenciar ele amassando (e em muitos casos finalizar) muito campeão casca-grossa ae...lutar com ele por cima é que nem um rolo compressor, finaliza de onde for se vc der mole, tem um cem-quilos e montada pelas costas absurdos

its worse than running any amount of miles. you have to be so fit for this sport its not even funny. I do it myself and i get really tired fast. ever since i started to do it i have a new respect for the sport.

then you never grappled in this intensity... you are full cardio and doing all your full strenght all the time... try to do it for 5 minuts... it's maybe like running with your full potential for five minuts, try to do it... you will throw your meal away...
