Hi interslet11, one thing i would say is go to my channel and go to the playlist section and watch all the "HOW TO MAKE KNUCKLE DUSTERS" videos, if you watch them all they pretty much cover every technique there is to makeing them. i aslo have templates you can have if you want and if you need any tips just ask.see you.WeaponCollector

Another material might be Micarta or the harder plastics. They could be easier to work, and would no doubt hurt a fair bit! Good video Weaponcollector!
