Some of the refereeing in these is just appalling. If you let guys go full tilt you have to be on the ball, so they can do it again without hyperextended joints, nasty reopening cuts, broken ribs that take you out of training for months etc. This could be a real alternative to where the UFC is going but this wasn't much better than felony fights. WHEN, not if someone gets killed some dickhead at FOX news will use it as the reason all MMA should be banned.

Sure it may be considered more "real", but in MMA the regulations are not there for it to look pretty, it's so that the contestants don't have to sit in a fucking wheelchair because they lost one fight. This is just retarded.
