did anybody notice that Nao Morooka is in this video? i don't think she's JKA Shotokan--she's either Shito-Kai or Wado-Kai. so what's she doing in this vid? does she train in both schools?

you're wrong, i've been in many street fights, and they all attack like robots. they punch and then just stay there until i kick them. they also wait their turn to attack me instead of attacking all at once.

sounds like you disliked the movie karate kid! in reality you condition your mind and body to take blows and kicks you simply would not block like this in real combat just as you wouldnt push someone like you benchpress but all the same muscles are used there for makes you stronger think of this as drills to gain strength and flexibility |
