Thx, well I'm still experimenting.I think I just have to observe what different methods do for me for a while. If the heavy weights enable me to jump higher then I can continue because it serves my purpose. If not, I'm gonna change to high repititions with low weight.

O.K. see if I can help you out it true if you train your legs you be able to jump higher and become explosive but be careful the more heavy weights you use you are going to gain mass get bigger with light weight you will carve out the muscle Denstiy. Weight training is optional you could use body weight excersies its what I do and I am stronger and faster its all your personal preference.

Yea I see. I just started tricking recently, but I've been going to the gym to train my whole bods for about 3 months now, but then I decided that I also want something to do with a trained body instead of just well, possessing it. Though I'm not saying I'm that well trained yet. I'm still trying to figure out how to adjust my training so my trickin could benefit, like, I read that training your legs with really heavy weights will improve the explosive muscle power, thus increasing the jump.

No they don't but when you train martial arts you have to train your whole body into it your body is the instrument your using like a temple and condtioning it will help you in tricking it will make you become a stronger faster martial artist and tricker. Also some tricks you do in the air your body takes an impact when landing your body has to be able to take it or you could get injuried.

Yes of course he said he does 500 Pushups and situps every day each time he gets stronger than the last he jumps up and down on his ankles to get them stronger so when he does the high arieal techniques that how he gets his height
