I've been meaning to get that book. :DIf you're into baking, I just got a great bread book called the Tassajara Break Book. I made the BEST dinner rolls from their basic recipe! Author is Edward Espe Brown. Cheers.

We stayed at a nice B&B in Watkins Glen. There is a nice health food store there and the B&Bs are vegan-friendly. The scenery is beautiful as well. If you had an extended vacation, Ithaca is nearby. They have a saying, "Ithaca is Gorges".I highly recommend staying.

vegan is the way to go . . . and it's so much easier than people would think. It's really liberating! I have honestly never felt so liberated in my whole life! I want to visit Farm Sanctuary this summer . . . how is it there? Did you stay overnight? Just wondering if you'd recommend it as a good vacation place for me and my husband to get away from "non-vegan" world around us?
