Liquid nitrogen is an extremely cold substance and can give u frostbite nearly imediatly if u touch the source. but since she is not touching the source, she will be fine and it is perfectly safe to swim in

Not even remotely enough liquid nitrogen to cool the pool by more than a few fractions of a degree.
