OLTL Todd/Blair Bribing a Judge- 1998

Todd convinces Blair to use her considerable charms to help bribe the judge for him. When Sam mentions that the judge is a woman, Todd's reaction makes Sam realize that Blair is going to try bribe the judge. When Blair sees that the judge is a woman, she quickly changes strategies in her attempt to bribe her. The judge is not amused. Sam arrives and pulls Blair out of there.
