Actually, he is a cynic. Quote "Screw the planet, save ourselves!" He even admits in a video that even if he fails to solve the problem, he'll feel good about the fact that he did everything he can to convince other people. So, really he's giving me the message that to help stop global climate destabilization, the only big enough impact that we can make is to pass on the manic responsibility. We're spreading panic and attracting skeptics. We're all gonna die and there's no point denying it.

You're right! My parents say this, and it really pisses me off! I ask them whether or not they give a shit about my life, and they say, "of course." I then ask them why they don't care about gloabal warming. I still have not gotten an answer!

You do know Alarmist outspend skeptics. Then you get all this junk science from alarmist since they might as well control the media. It nature that is warming the climate and we only have a slight impact. Nature has water vapor(most of the GHG effect), the sun, and more CO2(like 95% of all CO2). Then you have to go into what are the agendas of the people pushing it, the politics people are using and what they plan to do about it. AGW has agendas and the rest of us are sick of AGW.
