I used to work in costuming at disney studios. evrey morning we'd have to go to the muppets 3D movie stage and set up costumes for the sweetums character. I didn't matter how late i was, every time I'd hear the Rainbow Connection song on the back ground music, I'd have to stop and listen to the whole thing and wipe a few tears away before leaving.

actually, if you look at the banjo @ 3:11, you can see the shadows cast by the strings, so yes, in fact, there are strings on the Banjo.
