with the plastisol transfer i have 3 questions.does the image transfered feel similar to a screen printed shirt?(i hate the way other transfers feel like vinyl)can it be printed on darker colors like a bright green?is this significantly more affordable than screen printing?

These are not inkjet prints. They are Plastisol transfers. (Screen printed.) HP inks are dye ink. Not recommended by industry nor using an iron.

i like to use hp iron on transfers, its easy you get a design from your computer print it useing a standard ink jet printer and the transfer sheet iron it on the t shirt and your done =) the hp transfer sheets i got had full instructions on how to print useing the sheets

NO, this is a plastisol screen printed release paper that is then pressed on to a shirt. it is niot made with ink jet printer. That is a different process. These were made for me by Spot98 in Canada. Plastosl are not ink jet made that is pigment ink.

So, let me get this straight. The pieces of paper with the design to be ironed on are printed through a standard inkjet printer? Anyone can buy that paper and just print whatever they want on it, and it would be suitable for a plastisol transfer?
badalou (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
These were plastisol transfers. Not inkjet transfers. You have these made for you by another company. These were from Spot98 in Canada. I use Ace Tranfer Co. in USA
