Than do some small rests, but try to keep them as short as possible. It's normal that you have to make some breaks.

they took steroids for that movie and frame by frame retouched by a CGI company. The training is pretty good but as with all routines they are limited and your body will adept to it. So it's not some miracle training that some PT are trying to make it out to be. And yes, I do know what I'm talking about! A good workout sure, but stop with the "actors used it to look like they did BS!"

But then again, all other gyms, companies, etc. in the fitness industy are all doing esentially the same thing, only worse because they use commercials, fliers, magazines, internet, newspapers, etc. to publisize their product. And also, the 300 workout began completely non-profit, it began in a gym(forgot the name)where you don't pay them to join, it's actually a free membership. But instead, they interview and decide to wether or not recruit you. Point is, they were intended as nonprofit.
