Their genre is not Christian rock. The band has mentioned before their desire not to be viewed as a Christian rock band, that they feel Christianity is a faith and not a genre.

switchfoot is amazing along with the band Annasay. I just discovered Annasay on itunes recently though, but they have quickly become a favorite too
