The first black hockey player in the NHL Willy O'Ree was asked one time if while growing up playin hockey in Nova Scotia if he ever experienced much racism bein the only black kid he said never(well it was canada were not so religous) He said the only time he really felt the hatred was when visiting the american bible belt to try out for a baseball team(wierd eh).... Vandalay Industries may like this canadian example

It says you can beat both male and female slaves with a rod so hard that as long as they don't die right away you are cleared of any wrong doing...wow

"But people who are not aware that they are doing wrong will be punished only lightly.Even jesus approves I guess so it must be ok! its in luke! and wow even if the slave duzn't know wut hes doing wrong he gets the beats!

Jesus did abolish it apparantly eh, shouldn't hav had to tho, why did god ever condone it in the first place? these morals are out of date! And still we wanna look to more recent atrocities why is the most christian place in north america(maybe the world) the american south or the "bible belt" such a recent home to a couple hundred years of slavery? this is AFTER jesus too, even fifty years ago it was almost completely segregated based on race, and still today is the most racist area in america

NOWHERE IN THE BIBLE does it say to rape women, you are just lieing threw your mouth completely there, and really im losing my interest in this. You seem to not understand, everything you've said I have explained pretty clearly what it means. You really need to study the Bible before you start making false comments about it. Again when Jesus came He abolished the old ways, he told them what they were doing wrong, and that is explained very clearly in the Bible.

Yes, the Bible does condone war, I don't see where you got this idea that Christianity was a peaceful religion? The reason war was condoned in the Bible and still is, is because everybody tryed to destroy Israel back then! Even now, Iran,Pakistan,Afgahnistan, and Iraq tryed to destroy Israel several times. God doesn't want his people to die, so we fight and we win. Also, when Jesus came He abolished the old ways, you really need to look into it.

Turn the other cheek? the Bible doesn't say let somebody kill you, but it does say turn the other cheek in the manner of people threating you,insulting you, trying to do harm to you and so on.

I'm sure your a good person but u just condoned war no matter the circumstance u said and I quote "sounds reasonable to me" and this reasonable part of war I was reffering to was enslave the townspeople and rape the woman? I'm sure u don't honestly feel this way, but then again good people do good things bad people do bad things but it takes religion for a good person to do bad things |
