Well i'll add my 2cents here too. I defend Kenny G, He has his place in music!A real Pop Music icon, he is the King of Contemporary Elevator Music! People really like his stuff. Kenny's music is just mislabeled; they mistakenly put him in the jazz category.Alot of people don't realize the time......practicing and studying that the upper echelon jazz artists have put in to make real hard-core jazz come alive! We have to remember that a lot of people don't actually know much about music

It's fine though, I guess even the mentally deficient need something to occupy their ears from time to time. I only wish that they didn't make up such a large portion of the world's population. If you were in the minority, real musicians would be the moneymakers, and I would have nothing to complain about because Kenny G would have never gotten a record deal. I really wish someone would have done Clive Davis in before he became influential in the business. A single bullet is all that was needed. |
