It´s space-disco time at B72! We welcome outta Tokyo/Japan - Cro-Magnon! Cro-Magnon consists of Shigekazu Otake(Drums), Tsuyoshi Kosuga(Guitar&Bass), and Takumi Kaneko (Keys). After having success with their hip-hop band Loop Junktion and seeking for new directions and possibilities, they formed, all equipped and evolved as if an ape-man first used his hands to manipulate a weapon, "Cro-Magnon". Their musicality, performance, and styles have never been seen in Japan, establishing a solid reputation for their unique, non-stop (DJ-like) live showcase. Based on soul music, they have succeeded to fuse all the good parts of disco, house, dub, jazz, funk, and all other elements of music into one, with the essence of cro-magnon - the dance music live band for the up-coming generation. supported by DJ Mitsu the Beats, Japan´s No. 1 Hip-Hop head and a Loud Minority favorite!
