Phantasio's magician/illusionist gimmick was definitely one of the better one's of the "career gimmick" era in the WWE. (You had Bob Holly as a race car driver, trashman Duke "The Dumpster" Droese, Isaac Yankem DDS, etc.) A magician was a bit of a different idea, and you can tell from this video that the guy isn't a bad wrestler. His moves are a little basic with shoulderblocks, armdrags, and body slams, but he still put on a good match. Too bad they didn't do more with him.

Really? How was this not over? What does Taker do 100% of the time? Magic tricks.....shutting off the lights, making fire, thunder, etc., etc.....This gimmick would have been better if it was booked better.
