The Master is back. Here's my tribute to the many faces of the Doctor's arch nemesis, from his first appearance in 1971 through to his penultimate appearance. Enjoy :)Music by Gregorian. It's a cover version of the Metallica's original 'Nothing Else Matters'.

iv never thought about hugh laurie. but what a superb idea. i love him in house. N he certainly has the range to play the doctor. not soo kean on anthony head as the doctor tho

Excellent video! BTW, the 11th Doctor should be played by either Hugh Laurie or Anthony Stewart Head!

I've watched most of your videos BabelColour but this is by far the best. Wonderful vid backed by an incredible version of 'Nothing Else Matters'.

Jacobi was fantastic in that moment when he becomes the master. He may have had no humor but that sequence was very chilling.

OH MY GOD ITS THOMPSON/MARONI!!

Too right. Ainley was great. And any good villain must have a sense of humour. Even my mother loved his devilish smile.Though I think Jacobi was great. When he turned back in to the Master and looked up that first time it sent chills down my spine.

Roger Delgado was the first and the one who set the trend. Ainley was MY master and watching The Ultimate Foe again today made me relaise I like his performance no matter the criticisims of being a panto clone of Delgado. His Master knew how to have fun and that counts. Same with Simm. Roberts, Pratt and Jacobi were too serious.

I'm very pleased to see this video has passed the quarter of a million views landmark. It makes me rather proud to know so many have stopped by to view the work and I hope you've all enjoyed it :) Thanks.
