If they can make 6 star wars movies, countless star trek movies, 3.5 matrix movies, 3 LORTR, etc.; why can't we get FF 1 through X brought to the movies?I wanna know who would play Kefka, your toughts?

FF wasn't medieval in the sense of 'technology', though the majority of weapons, themes, and the way they get around (in a saddle or on a ship) are medieval. And the themes of having kingdoms, castles and the lifestyle they have scream old fashioned (or 'medieval'). I do agree that they have some technology in the game that they didn't have in the real world's medieval age, that to me is what makes it a sci-fi/fantasy. It's a version of LOTR, that to me is medieval. If not I wouldn't play FF.

Even though it doesn't have set protaganists they can go to E3 or a Square Enix convention or something and have a survey asking what 4 charectors did they like best? Warrior, Theif, Monk, White Mage, Black Mage, or Red Mage. I've also thought that they should do something like that.

FF wasn't technically medieval. The setting was in medieval times just like the others... well some of them (FF, FF II, FF III, FF IV, FF V, FF XII... sry not sure about 8-10, also XI I think was medieval setting). It's just that they have technology that they shouldn't have, but that's what makes a final fantasy game. Oh! But what I want to see in a Final Fantasy game is a cross between the Warriors of Light plot, with the emporer plot type of thing cause I want to have the job system back.

The very first tune played is part of the Prelude that's at the very start of all (so far as I know) FF games. Not the opening, but the very very start. It's cool.

:D I'd do it, too. I dunno, I would more than likely at least 'rent' the FF movies that would come out just to make sure SE isn't screwing things up. But as far as games like X-XII go, I'm fine with them staying as games. That's movie enough for me. I bet there would be a huge temptation for SE to just put the game voices dubbed with the movie actor/CG animations. Not much effort would have to go into it. But I'd definitely love a movie or even a 'real' TV series. "The Final Fantasy Chronicles".

II would be a great movie. I also think X would be a great movie as well (I might have said this before... I can't remember if I did or not). Some people could say that if X was good enough graphically to just be turned into a movie, CGI wise. But with today's technological improvements since 2001 when X first came out, I think it could definitely look much better. Just make movies out of all of them, and then put them all in one big box and say BUY THEM ALL!!! I would do it.

Could anyone tell me the songs played here? I can identify the FF Main Theme, FF III Main Theme and Tozus.
