Awesome DVD! So much content on this DVD. Great if you have some martial art experience especially silat.Clear, precise instructions of each technique.Good amount of variations from warm up exercises, to evades, take downs, and stand up.Guru Suzanne Luna Spezzano makes each move look easy.Great camera work.Excellent soundtrack.Great to see people get credit for their hard work.

Suzannes' movement is like silk. This dvd is a must have for any silat practitioner. Even after practicing Pencak for some time, this video has many virtues that add to martial vocabulary. Guru Inosantos' statement was right on regarding Guru Spezzano! Well Done.
