Now Obama states today that MILLIONS could lose their jobs next year. This Obama guy is a genius! Who is writing this idiot's comments? Can we have .....Bush back please?

Social Security isn't a socialist theft of wealth from the oh-so-deserving finanical elite, nor is standardized heath care. It's the country's long standing policy of holding every working citizen responsible for adding a little bit of financial security to the system that may well wind up supporting those same folks when they are too old or broken to support themselves. Is it not lazy to subsist off a system that will potentially pay your medical bills one day without footing your share of it?

Nevermind the fact that calling a megalomaniac "ego-maniacal" is redundant, if you truly believe that the President-elect runs on a socialist agenda, you've obviously never had a clue as to what sort of political values socialism really entails. Now, you claim that if we were to abandon the current war, then return in the near future, with an almost identical campaign against the same brand of opponents, using the same technology we have available now, in the same theatre as the one we are fighting in now, somehow the casualties would be roughly 50 times higher than the 4,000 or so we've suffered in this war. This from a military many times the size, and many years ahead, technologically, than the enemy we face...Please...

2: For the sake of the argument, let's ignore all the fine details and controversy surrounding the Iraq war and focus solely on the numbers you're claiming. When we invaded Iraqi-held territory in 1991 with our ground forces, casualties were pratically nil, and the bulk of the hostilities were over in a matter of days. In the ongoing current war, we have lost, give or take, 4,000 soldiers out of a force numbering in the hundreds of thousands during the course of 5 years and change.

Sweetbilly, allow me to offer you two things it seems your parents never did: First, a tame, logical counter-argument to your bigoted opinionism, and second, a lesson in counting to three...1: Rapists are not exlusively homosexual. There are loads of heterosexual perverts and sex offenders around today. To claim that supporting gay marriage enables widespread gay molestation is basically supporting the notion that eliminating heterosexual marriage would eliminate heterosexual molestations.
