The scene with the hanging is a flashback. The boy with the man on top of his shoulders, is the man in the tan in the first scene(Charles Bronson), and the man standing on his shoulders is his father. The man at 1:54 (Henry Fonda) is the man that Charles Bronson kills (3:08).I don't know if I explained this adequately.I love this video. Thank you, so much.
