Nice. That's not 'just' dancing,they are using heavy weights to train their bodies to the maximum response for any situation. So when they are training those traditional movements, they are also training their bodies. If you think that's stupid, you try it :)

All other grappling arts, like wrestling, BJJ and Judo have 1000s of fights here on you-tube.Now, Chinese people want to be part of everything as well as the modern grappling competitions so why not show us how you fight instead of how you dance?To prove one's art one need to practice with aliveness - fighting against fully resiting opponents - only then can we know if it works.Period!:) |
