tae bo is a fantastic work out. i was in the best shape of my life when i was doing that 6 times a week.

Yeah, I did this for 2 and a half months and lost nearly 45 pounds plus I gained a lot of muscle mass. Doing this workout and trying to lose weight isn't that hard and you can still indulge in your favorite foods. To keep your body hydrated, I recommend crystal lite in your water. It has like 3 calories per serving and tastes great. And don't shirk on the weigh protein;) you'll see results fast. Only 1 hour a day for six days a week. I look forward to hearing about your success!
