in greco that is one of the first takedowns u learn from over under, and u see it a lot, check out some greco highlights and u'll notice it.

Bocher13 I am the guy in the video that jeff is showing the techniques. He is doing them at a slow pace so that the average guy can see it done properly. I am also a black belt in judo and a collegiate national champion. The positions are not "easily countered". Oh and as for more videos for you they are coming up. anything else????

Hey boocher13 i agree 100%,Most of this stuff is done with medium resistance,as a friend of mine would testify,its a different story of what you can and cant do when faced with a adrenaline Jacked Lunatic Street Fighter.

Are there any videos of him doing this at full speed with someone resisting?I'd like to see some of his techniques practically applied.Hate to play devils advocate but some of the technique's he showed there and in other video's could be easily countered by someone that has a decent judo knowledge.
