I really think BJJ is overrated. It's just a popurri of other martial arts, specially Japanese. I've trained in PRaying Mantis Tamtui Kung Fu and our techniques are much more advanced.

I believe I said jiu jitsu. If you checked the spelling then you would know that means i train BJJ (which is the same thing as GJJ)

Part 1.This is not a classical Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ by Gracie Family).This is a Judô "Kata" teached after the black belt degree to pratice self defense.This techniques was elaborated and showed by Kodokan Judô - Japan.(read more below)

Part 2. The Goshin Jutsu is a "Kata" of self defense created in Japan in 1956 after Jigoro Kano's death that includes defense of: 1. Knife attacks2. Stick attacks3. Gun attacks4. And others thechniques presents in Judô and BJJ.Still, this "Self Defense Kata" has techniques from others martial arts like Aikido, more specify Tomiki Aikido.
