Actually it didn't start with an armed invasion.. it was illegal immigration. But the immigration was induced by many factors. The united nations didn't intervene in this matter because they were involve in the partitioning of palestine in the first place.

If the Israeli's would get back to there 67 borders and stop treating Palestinians like animals Palestinian policies might change. You cant illegally invade a country to steal their land and ethnically cleanse it and play the victim when they fight back.

Israel's treatment towards palestine is because of Hamas policies towards the Israelis.. Hamas won't have peace with Israel because the nation was created through invasion. But isn't the United States created in the same way? Native indians were slaughtered and their land taken away.

Air strikes are not collective punishment. Turning Gaza into a prison and strangling their economy and denying them clean water, sewage, and electricity is.

So they switched from terrorism to just war crimes. Good or them. Collective punishment is a war crime even under a legal occupation.

i don't think mossad or any other unknown terrorist organization in Israel will have access to nuclear weapons... the cons simply outweighs the pros.
