Two legendary performers, one magnificent song. Anyone who doesn't enjoy this performance just doesn't get it.

Chet Atkins was indeed a gifted musician, however he his also known for being a gifted humanitarian. While producing in Nashville, many many musicians credit Chet for giving them their "breaks", for helping them develop a career in music, how to earn a living, improve as musicians and develop the love that it takes to be successful. PBS did a wonderful biography where this little known side of his career was detailed. The man was known more for helping others than himself.

Why would you say "R.I.P MR. McLean? As far as I know he's very much alive. You had me looking all over the news....you scared me. Mr. Atkins is deceased.

I really believe that Chet Atkins, Albert Lee, and Stanley Jordan are all in a separate class by themselves.
