http://www.silat-suffian.blogs... more about Bruneian Martial Arts. Visit us at link above; This video shows the hand jurus from the empty hands syllabus showing the basic entry.Implimenting the Mook Jong (wooden dummy) as a training tool:1. to instill the correct muscle memory for body angles, mechanics & solid foundation for entries, passes and parries;2. avoiding dead on strength to strength blocks by learning to use the correct muscles your body will automaticlly angle itself to a safe zone. The Mook Jong is only one of many excellent options, but the primary training aid in Silat Suffian is a live partner who is concious and feels every movement, that truely helps us understand both the body mechanics of incoming attacks & our own.My Thanks to my crazy friend Carlo Andries, his Beautiful Family and julie.INFORMATIONFor information & enquiries, setting up a study group or classes in your area, instructor courses, for workshops, seminars or private instruction;Contact me at; maul565@hotmail.com

KUN-TAO from the chinesse word, (KUN - hand and TAO - way)"way of the hand". It is a form of fist boxing that makes it way through the island of the Philippines particularly in Mindanao, Malaysia and Indonesia by chinesse traders and merchants. unfortunately there is no original system remain, every teacher or wannabes incorporate the name of kuntao to their mother art like karate calling it kuntao-karate, kuntao-arnis, kuntao-silat, ect..
