Why would they use a dummy with a whole body if they were just doing this kind of video where you wouldn't even need to use the top half of the dummy's body? Dummies actually cost quite alot, so they probably used a real person for that reason, too. Besides, they didn't do anything harmful or something that a normal person wouldn't want to do.
