The law is utterly, utterly bullshit. That's why sodomy is illegal in some states and the drinking age is still 21.

Its a sort of gun that shoots nonlethal pepper balls that irratate the victim into submission.

kinmanyuen (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
This is a cool marker. It was designed for police / military training back in 2006 so it needed to be very robust.
theHardyMonster (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
why the hell are you doing pull-ups on it? I mean the stresses are on the rope/string not the gun.
hockeykird217 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
True, but if you don't break the law, then nobody gets hurt, right?
hockeykird217 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
I don't know, but it is pepper balls.
hockeykird217 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Those are pepper balls, not paintballs.

Most paintball guns are designed with strict measures in mind, eg. tournament regulations. Just like the 6mm training rifles used by a growing number of law-enforcement agencies might be compared to AirSoft guns, these PAVA guns certainly are not paintball guns. THey're designed to be similar in operation to real guns, have a range better than the typical 50 feet, and fire a potentially more dangerous round. I don't know about you, but I'd rather be shot by PAVA than a Beretta or Mossberg. |
