To all the folks who voted Republican: pleasse Obama a chance. We're not going socialistic OK? We can't go socialistic folks, it's impossible. The "Game" is fixed, helloooo. The common enemy is not gays or the guy receiving unemployment benefits. It's the corporations and their political lackeys that are sucking the blood out of you and me. Seriously, are you making over $275,000? Even if you do, you NEED the "lower" folk as well, they too are part of the economy through which you make money.

Someone pointed out to me that Rove DID not ran this campaign for the GOP. However much I hate his guts, I have to admit that he has an intimate knowledge of the ways the "Game" is played in Washington. I don't think Rove would have ever approved of Pallin, being able to foresee the negative impact of such abysmal ignorance (she is up there with Quale)on a public already disillusioned with Bush's policies.

post-election assesment: The choice of Pallin REALLY hurt the GOP. They thought that she might be a counter to Clinton (probably not even the GOP ever thought that Obama would win the nomination) but her choice as VP backfired, BIG TIME. Thank goodness, too. Can you imagine someone like Pallin holding the keys to all the nukes? Yish!
