From watching the video of a song I truly loved. I can only say that "Valerie" Was a evil bitch that caused his death. It's apparent that he had a girlfriend he really loved and she was messing around with everyone else. And from the video laughing in his face about it. He couldnt deal.I might be wrong just my opinion. And if I am right she is an evil bitch.

I am so sad Jim killed himself. I was a depressive suicide case myself and if I only could have talked to the guy whose music I loved so much. I've been there and what kept me going is you don't know what's behind that next behind the next bend in the road. With great musicians there is a fine line between genius and madness. I'm married to one now and it's complicated.

Jim doesn't sound British .He "sounded" British.And he "was" an American. Jim Ellison commited suicide on June 20,1996 from carbon monoxide poisoning in his garage.
