Umm, you know it may not be drunk. It could have rabies. Rabies affect the nervous system making them loose control of their body for about 3 days. After 3 days they just get angry and vicious and start biting people.. and then they'd die. Doesnt matter of it was people or animals.. its the same for every1. Its sorta funny if you think about the video, but if you think about the fact that he's dieing, its not that funny. Just saying :)
