I am not experienced martial artist in 540 kick. But you apply the teory of Jirono Kano: the teacher need instruct disciple how make the tecnique. In Pedagogy, You are excellent teacher.

actually, this is a taekwondo technique... it is probably incorporated into other martial arts as well, but it is primarily taekwondo.

but what is the difference? (like in tkd 540 you bend your non kicking leg more than in tricking 540) something like that. (I'm not saying that in tkd 540 you bend your non kicking leg more, this is just an example.
