Well its a given fact that if it werent for the combined efforts of the Soviets on the eastern front, the Brits in Africa, and the US in southern europe with help from Canada, that the Nazis wouldnt have been defeated. Today germany is a pretty cool place and no one should blame the Germans of today for what happened years ago. Oh and Heckler and Koch guns are the shit :]

When we practiced combat in the army it was no problem to see and shoot at the enemy when he's behind cover. And why do the germans miss the americans when they are running as seen 1 minute 50 seconds in this movie and when the germans are running around they get slaughtered? It's simple Hollywood tactics that favour the main charachters which of course in this case are american. Not too realistic of a movie. The germans would have taken that town crushingly easy in reality. Anyone agree?

no i do not agree, this is an excellent movie and when they are getting shot when running around they can't see where the americans are shooting from because they are in cover

See how typically Hollywood this is? The germans are just running around not firing at the americans, but just moving about like mad dogs getting shot. How is that an interesting movie? It started very nice with the storming of the beach but this is just crazy? Anyone agree?
