What happens when the guy with the gun pulls back? This "technique" seems very simplistic, at least try to push the gunman down to the ground while you're doing this maneuver. If you grab the gun and lunge forward, you may end up on top of him with the gun sandwiched in between, which would be good. Also, what do you do when the gun goes off? Seems like 9 times out of 10 the gun will go off as soon as you grab it.

Who on earth besides stupid ass gangsters would be this reckless and get ontop of someone with a weapon. Besides, your opponent is not real and is letting you do what you want with the gun. In reality you most likely will have a few rounds pumped into you while your trying to do fancy "De-Arming" tricks.2 in the chest 1 in the head, that solves problems uber fast and permanently.If I were holding a weapon on someone, my circle of death would be 8ft. Get any closer, you die.
